Who operates Ceryvon?

Ceryvon is currently operated by Akif Aydın as a founder-led independent audit practice and brand. Questions or deletion requests can be sent to hello@ceryvon.com.

Information collected

The pilot request form asks for your name, work email, company or product name, and a short description of the critical workflow you want to discuss. Direct emails may contain information you voluntarily provide.

Why the information is used

Information is used to review pilot suitability, respond to your request, arrange a discovery call, prepare a proposed scope, maintain communication records, and protect the integrity of the inquiry process.

Form delivery

The public contact form is delivered through FormSubmit, a third-party form relay, and forwarded to hello@ceryvon.com. You may avoid the form and contact that email address directly.

Sharing and access

Information is not sold. Access is limited to what is reasonably needed to review and respond to the inquiry. Service providers involved in email or form delivery may process the information as part of providing those services.

Retention

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for communication, proposal preparation, security, record-keeping, or applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion, subject to records that must be retained for legitimate or legal reasons.

Security and scope

The public form is not a secure evidence-transfer channel. Sensitive audit materials are accepted only after scope, authorization, and a separate secure sharing method are agreed.

Your choices

You may ask what information is held about your inquiry, request correction or deletion, or withdraw from further communication by emailing hello@ceryvon.com.

Notice status

This is an operational transparency notice, not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal documentation. It will be reviewed and updated as Ceryvon’s formal business and legal structure is established.
